Students’ deep learning depends on the deep learning of the adults who support them. That is why professional development at FEDUCA is not an event: it is a system that never stops.

The classroom is always the starting point, not the training room. We learn with real data, in community, and with Harvard’s Meeting Wise methodology.

Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)

Teachers learning together with real classroom data. PDSA cycles based on Learning Forward standards, with diagnosis, a defined problem of practice and impact evaluation.

PRED + EDD + PMi

A system that supports every teacher: annual performance evaluation, an individual improvement plan and recognition with real incentives. More than 20 years transforming practice.

Professional Development Gatherings

Three intensive gatherings a year (June, October and December–January) where the whole team learns, reflects and co-creates using the Meeting Wise methodology.

In-classroom coaching

At least once per semester; new teachers or those improving, twice. Each session produces an improvement plan with follow-up.

Self-awareness and self-regulation workshops built into the calendar. A free online psychologist for all staff, regardless of level or role.

A co-financing program for studies for teachers and education assistants. Mentoring and coaching for leadership roles with external experts.
